There’s always an air of excitement around Lisa Krouse. She views every day as a gift, and she brings that zest for life to FCCI. Lisa is responsible for ensuring that FCCI attracts, retains and develops exceptional talent. She is also responsible for Corporate Communications to ensure the company’s messages are aligned and delivered in support of FCCI’s mission, vision, values and goals.

Lisa joined FCCI in 2005 and has been cultivating a culture of excellence, founded on the principle of family with accountability. She is the immediate past Chair of the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce and has been a board member of many non-profit organizations including All Faiths Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Sarasota Manatee Human Resource Association, Teen Court, CareerSource Suncoast and the Economic Development Council. Lisa has also sat on the advisory boards of several educational institutions including USF and FSU. She has held leadership roles in the American Bar Association including Chair of the Corporate Counsel and Workers’ Compensation Sections. Lisa is a contributing author, along with Donna Shalala and Alice Dye, of “Teeing Up For Success,” a compilation of stories of insight and inspiration from women on how they have used the game of golf to achieve their goals.

Lisa was elected as a member to FCCI’s Board of Directors in 2016.

Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science from New York University and a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. She is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and is a member of the Florida Bar, District of Columbia Bar and the New York Bar. Lisa also attended the University of Michigan Executive Business School program “Building the Leadership Engine.” She is certified with the designations of SHRM-SCP and SPHR.
