Joy Hamm

Director of Admissions @ New College of Florida

Dr. Joy Hamm is an experience higher education administrator. Before coming to New College of Florida she was the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Services at Armstrong State, a 7,000-student institution in Savannah. Previously, she oversaw admissions and financial aid as dean of student services for nearly four years at Chattahoochee Valley Community College in Alabama.

Hamm has a doctorate in education from Georgia Southern University, a master’s degree in counselor education from University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a bachelor’s degree in political science and psychology from Lenoir-Rhyme University.
